A New Menu for a Healthier Canteen!

3. Light pollution also negatively affects humans. It can disturb sleep and cause headaches. Furthermore, it prevents people from seeing the night sky as previous generations did. Many people today have never seen the Milky Way, which is one of the most remarkable sights in the world.

4. Fortunately, we can reduce light pollution. We should turn off lights when we do not need them and use curtains to block light. If we do this, we will be able to enjoy the beauty of the night sky again.

1. A smartwatch is a small, powerful device that can be very helpful in schools. It is more portable than a regular mobile phone and can improve safety. If there's an emergency, teachers can use smartwatches to communicate quickly, ask for help, or activate the school's alert system without drawing attention.

Smartwatches can help teachers contact safety teams immediately when needed. They can also be used for safety drills, allowing teachers to communicate easily with other staff and get reminders or notifications about safety. In case of emergencies like a stranger or dangerous animals on campus, the smartwatch allows for quick communication to warn others.
